Based on a smartphone or a tablet personal computer, a handheld terminal hardware device can be commonly used and also can be exclusively used, handheld terminal map software is convenient and flexible to operate, a long-term continuous drifting track chart with dense buoy points and the intersecting tracks can be rapidly and clearly browsed, and information of an appointed space-time buoy point can be obtained accurately.
