Methods and systems are provided for identifying a platform associated with a workload, and determining a scalability of the workload. In addition, a performance-Policy Platform can be at least partially managed based on the scalability of the workload. In one example, the determining the scalability comprises determining a ratio of the productive cycles of the actual cycles.
