An Analysis of Development Mechanism of Japan's Smart Grid

Recently,developing smart grid becomes one of key elements of world major countries' energy strategies.After the Fukushima nuclear accident,Japan accelerated the process of smart grid development.Currently,Japan makes positive exploration and makes some progress on strategy planning,promotion mechanism,technology research,demonstration projects and international cooperation,standard setting.Japan's promotion measurements and mechanism have implications for China.In the long run,China should value smart grid marketization location,innovate in the promotion mode of smart grid,expand the technology research fields of smart grid and actively explore the overseas markets.
