Production method of powder acrylonitrile butadiene rubber for oil resistance product and soft friction material modification

The present invention relates to a production method of powder acrylonitrile butadiene rubber for oil resistance product and soft friction material modification, and belongs to a preparation method of a medium-high nitrile content and medium mooney semi-cross-linked powder acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. The preparation method comprises: adopting butadiene and acrylonitrile as monomers; carrying out emulsion polymerization to synthesize an acrylonitrile butadiene latex; carrying out agglomeration separation powder forming on the acrylonitrile butadiene latex; and finally carrying out dewatering drying on the acrylonitrile butadiene slurry. According to the present invention, the process is simple, the production cost is low, energy consumption is low, the reaction time is shortened to 15 h from the original 17 h, a conversion rate is more than 95%, and the product has characteristics of oil resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, high strength and the like, and can meet requirements of soft friction materials.
