정읍지역 차나무병해 발생 양상과 ITS 영역 염기서열 분석에 의한 병해 동정

2011
The present study deals with the occurrence of disease and analysis of 16S rDNA gene nucleotide sequences in tea tree grown at Jeongeup region. Occurrence of the major diseases such as Colletotrichum theae-sinensis, Pestalotiopisis longiseta and Glomerella cingulata was found to be significant. Incidence of anthracnose begin to increase in July and then gradually increased until October and reached the maximum in late of September. In case of Pestalotiopisis longiseta, incidence of disease begin to increase from July reaching at the maximum level at late August and started decreasing until mid of August. However, incidence of Glomerella cingulata was found to increase gradually from July and decrease temporarily in September and begin to re-increase until early October. Based on analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the internal transcribed spacer regions of nuclear rDNA genes, the similarity of the aligned sequences of Collectitrichum theae-sinensis was to be 99.7% high homology with Collectitrichum sp. (Genebank accession No, FJ23191) and in case of Pestalotiopisis longiseta showed 100% homology with Japan strain (Genebank accession No, AB482206) isolated from tea tree.
