Discussion on TPM Implementation in Medical Equipment Management

TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)management has the characteristics of high efficiency,whole system and full participation.In this paper,the feasibility of application of TPM in medical equipment management in hospitals is discussed and implementation of TPM is divided into 5 stages with analysis of detailed regulations in each stage so as to realize the maintenance of medical equipment and make medical equipment employed efficiently.
