Statistical Analysis on Sustainable Urban Development Capacity of Liu'an City,Anhui Province

Using analytic hierarchy process method(AHP)and selecting 16 indicators to build evaluation index system of urban sustainable development capacity,the sustainable urban development of comprehensive evaluation and analysis of Lu'an City,Anhui Province was conducted with the relevant statistics collected in 2010.The results showed that evaluation indexes of sustainable development capacity of the economy,society,resources and environment subsystems in Lu'an were 0.749,0.853 and 0.848,respectively and the comprehensive evaluation index was 0.81.That shows that the sustainable development capacity is at qualified level and has a good development potential in the future.
