Novel biological absorbable coated drug carrying stent applied to femoral-popliteal arteries
2017
The invention relates to a novel biological absorbable coated drug carrying stent applied to femoral-popliteal arteries. The coated drug carrying stent is tubular in shape, and comprises a stent body and coating covering the outer surface of the stent body, wherein the stent body is provided with a plurality of mesh support units uniformly distributed in an axial direction, the mesh support units are rhombic in shape, and can enhance the axial or radial support force of the stent according to needs, and thus the stent has certain scalability in the axial direction and flexibility, and the support force in the radial direction; both the stent body and the coating are made of poly l-lactic acid biological absorbing material which can be gradually degraded into metabolizable products without foreign body residual in vivo, so that reshaping probability of the arteries is increased, after the stent material is degraded, no foreign body residual exists in vivo, and reconstruction of artery functions is facilitated.
