Hacia un verdadero desarrollo económico y sustentable: impulso a la ruralidad y la economía campesina con base en la territorialidad y multiculturalidad

espanolHoy en dia, es muy grande el impacto que el Covid-19 tiene sobre las actividades economicas mundiales en materia de suficiencia alimentaria. Las necesidades que vivimos son evidentes en America Latina y en todo el mundo: por un lado, garantizar la vida y la integridad de los seres humanos y, por otro, la seguridad alimentaria en una situacion que nadie tenia prevista. En este escenario, nos encontramos en el momento de poder desarrollar y promover politicas, programas e instrumentos considerando los efectos de la pandemia en el futuro y de discutir los procesos de reformas de politicas publicas para establecer un verdadero programa hacia un desarrollo economico sustentable impulsando la ruralidad y la economia campesina, tomando como base la diversidad, la territorialidad y la multiculturalidad, con enfasis en los jovenes del pais. Esta propuesta surgio en 2019 como parte de la ensenanza que se brinda en la materia de Agricultura Familiar y Economia Campesina en la carrera de Ingenieria en Procesos Agroalimentarios de la Universidad para el Bienestar Benito Juarez Garcia. Esta materia se imparte en mas de 23 estados y tiene como proposito conocer las caracteristicas de la agricultura familiar y la economia campesina desde diferentes enfoques para reflexionar sobre el potencial de la economia campesina en los ambitos social y ambiental a escala regional y nacional. Dentro de las actividades de aprendizaje que se realizan bajo la conduccion del docente se encuentran la explicacion constante de las caracteristicas de la agricultura familiar y la economia campesina desde diferentes enfoques, previa lectura de bibliografia por parte de los estudiantes. Se orienta la investigacion y el analisis de datos regionales y nacionales sobre agricultura familiar y economia campesina. De aqui parte la propuesta de establecer politicas publicas que permitan una transformacion real en el pais a partir de la produccion local y la creacion de mercados de escala a partir de la capacitacion y preparacion del grupo mas lastimado en el pais, los jovenes, hombres y mujeres, que por muchas causas se han visto sin la oportunidad de preparacion academica de nivel superior y que se encuentran a expensas de los monopolios que contratan mano de obra barata, ante lo cual enfrentaran una de las graves consecuencias de la falta de oferta educativa y que, lamentablemente, ciertos estratos buscan subsistir mediante la delincuencia y los vicios EnglishNowadays, the impact of Covid-19 on world economic activities is so great in the field of food sovereignty. The needs that we are living are evident in Latin American and around the world: on one hand, guarantee life and the integrity of human beings and, on the other hand, the food security in a situation that nobody had foreseen. In this scenario, we are in the stage of being able to develop and promote policies, programs and instruments considering the effects of the pandemic in the future and discussing the processes of reforms for public policy to establish a genuine programme towards a sustainable economic development promoting the rurality and the peasant economy, based on diversity, territoriality and multiculturalism, with an emphasis on the country’s youth. This proposal arose in 2019 as part of the teaching provided in the field of Family Agriculture and Peasant Economy in the career of Engineering in Agri-Food Processes at the University for Well-being Benito Juarez Garcia. This subject is taught in more than 23 states and its purpose is to know the characteristics of family agriculture and the peasant economy from different approaches to reflect on the potential of the peasant economy in the social and environmental spheres on a regional and national scale. Part of learning activities that are carried out under the teacher’s guidance, it is a constant explanation of the characteristics of family agriculture and the peasant economy from different approaches, after reading the bibliography by the students. It is orient about research and analysis of regional and national data on family farming and peasant economy. This is the origin of the proposal to establish public policies that allow a real transformation in the country based on local production and the creation of scale markets based on the training and preparation of the most harmed group in the country, young people, men and women, who for many reasons have been without the opportunity for higher level academic preparation and who are at the expense of monopolies that hire cheap labor, funder which they will face serious consequences of the lack of educational and that unfortunately, certain strata seek to subsist through crime and vices
