Job-Oriented Basic Skills (JOBS) Program: Administrator's Guide.

Abstract : The Job-Oriented Basic Skills(JOBS)program, a Class 'A' school preparatory course sponsored by the U.S. Navy, is offered to Navy recruits who desire technical training but whose aptitude scores are too low to qualify them for Class 'A' schools. JOBS students do not compete with each other; their goal is to master the curriculum.
