JOC - How do we move forward?

In the last newsletter, I presented opinions on what stands in the way of Job Order Contracting being more widely accepted and used by our target industries. So enough about the barriers, what can we, as members of the industry and this organization, do to solve some of these problems and move our industry toward a better future? I want to take a few of the points I made last time and analyze what actions may help in overcoming these barriers.
