The invention provides a detecting device for culture solutions. The detecting device comprises a culture flask, a light transmitter and a light receiver, wherein a light path which penetrates through the culture solutions to be detected is formed between the light transmitter and the light receiver, and the light path does not pass through the flask wall of the culture flask. Through the adoption of the detection device provided by the invention, the light path which penetrates through the culture solutions to be detected is formed between the light transmitter and the light receiver, and the light path does not pass through the flask wall of the culture flask, so that not only can the real-time detection for the culture solutions be realized, but also the problem that a measuring result is inaccurate due to uneven thickness of the culture flask or unfixed volume of the culture solutions can be effectively avoided.
