Study on the effect of hybrid productivity and fertility of CMS Shaan 2A in Brassica napus. L by utilizing fenglu diversity fertilizer

300 times Fenglu diversity fertilizer was used by foliage spray to CMS Shaan 2A in Brassica napus in floral period (hight of bud being 20 cm～30 cm) and initial flowering period independently. The fertility (fertile index of male sterile line was used) and multiplication yield and identification of restoration rate of its hybrid F_1 in field investigation as well as its esterase isoenzyme were analyzed. The result shows that Fenglu diversity fertilizer can also increase available flower buds, setting percentage and multiplication yield significantly, and it has not distinct influence on restoration rate of hybrid F_1 and fertility of its sterile line. Fenglu diversity fertilizer is ideal for hybrid rape multiplication.
