The development and implementation of full-automatic solar panels packaging equipment control system

The hardware and software design method of a full-automatic solar panel packaging equipment control system is presented in this paper. As the hardware core adopts the dual MCU with parallel detection and control function, the input signal and output signal is effectively separated and it also meets the system's demand to detect a great deal of input signal and control output devices. By adopting expert PID control algorithm to control the required environmental temperature at all levels of technology process, the system is further improved dynamically and statically, and it is more reliable and efficient through a series of anti-interference measures of hardware and software. Compared to traditional PLC control, the system cost is greatly reduced, and more advanced and complex control algorithms can be easily achieved, which results to higher precision and better robust.
