Provided is a doped-type lithium cobalt oxide positive electrode material. The general formula of the doped-type lithium cobalt oxide is Li 1+z Co 1-x-y Ma x Mb y O 2 , wherein 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.01, 0 ≤ y ≤ 0.01, and -0.05 ≤ z ≤ 0.08; the Ma is a doped element with an unchangeable valence and is at least one of Al, Ga, Hf, Mg, Sn, Zn and Zr; and the Mb is a doped element with a variable valence and is at least one of Ni, Mn, V, Mo, Nb, Cu, Fe, In, W and Cr. The doping of the element with an unchangeable valence is done by substituting, such that the distortion of a laminate structure caused by delithiation is minimized to the largest extent; and the doping of the element with a variable valence is done through the gap, and same element reconciles and delays the oxidation of Co 3+ during charging.
