An online critical medical information sharing platform across institutions to improve patient safety.

Information on patient’s critical medical problems and previous Adverse Drug Reaction(ADR) or Drug Allergy(DA) is often unavailable when it is needed. This project aims to provide clinicians working in different hospitals and outpatient facilities with online reporting and real time Medical Alert(MA) and ADR/DA information via various clinical and pharmacy applications. It involves creation of a central repository storing patients’ records of MA and ADR/DA and integration of disparate systems into a common platform.
