File management by the adoption of telefile alignment and retrieval

2011
A file management system comprises long-distance location and retrieval of files of folders in a file drawer in a file cabinet assembly. Each file is provided with a radio frequency identification device (RFID) label, and the RFID label comprises file identifier stored in a read-only memory and content of the file. Each folder is provided with a circuit which contains the only identifier of the folder. Each file cabinet is provided with a control unit which responds to receive a folder requirement from a source and searches a specific file. If the file is found, each file cabinet is provided with a radio frequency reader, the radio frequency reader responds to receive and search the specific file of the file requirement from the source. If the file is found, the radio frequency (RF) reader extracts the content of the file and sends the content of the file to the source.
