Waterborne ink and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses waterborne ink and a preparation method thereof. The waterborne ink comprises milled resin, emulsion resin, a dispersant, a leveling agent, an antifoaming agent, a colorant, filler, a mixed alcohol-water solution and waterborne wax. The preparation method comprises the steps of wetting milled resin, colorant and filler with a part of the mixed alcohol-water solution, and milling into ink color paste; then adding the antifoaming agent, the leveling agent and the dispersant, and stirring uniformly; then adding the emulsion resin, waterborne wax and the remainder of the mixed alcohol-water solution into the ink color paste, stirring at high speed, emulsifying and filtering to obtain the waterborne ink. The preparation method is simple and low in cost, the obtained waterborne ink has the advantages of long storage time and no demulsification, layering and bonding phenomenon, and the wear resistance of the articles printed by the waterborne ink is improved and the application security of the ink is increased.
