The invention discloses a semi-passive RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) label chip principle label, and relates to the field of RFID. Signals in different modulation types are sent into a configurable demodulation circuit separately; the configurable demodulation circuit demodulates received information, and completes dynamic configuration of a modulation and demodulation module in order to adapt to the complexity of different channels; battery power supplying or energy provided by a reader-writer is started by instruction control of the reader-writer in order to save power consumption; an identification distance of the information can be extended; effective identification of the information can be ensured; and a chip is suitable for high-speed data communication, and has good stability and anti-noise capacity.
