The invention provides an oil and gas field acidification high-temperature corrosion inhibitor which is composed of the components of, by mass, 30-50% of an aldehyde ketone amine condensate, 2-5% of a corrosion inhibition synergist, 5-10% of a high-temperature synergist, and balance of an alcoholic organic solvent. A preparation method of the aldehyde ketone amine condensate comprises the following step: under the effect of an acidic catalyst, aldehyde, ketone and amine are subjected to a Mannich condensation reaction, such that the aldehyde ketone amine condensate is obtained. According to the invention, the aldehyde ketone amine condensate is adopted as a main component, and is compounded with the corrosion inhibition synergist and the high-temperature synergist, such that the corrosion inhibitor is obtained. The aldehyde ketone amine condensate has the advantages of good acid solubility, low corrosion rate, low product viscosity, no irritating odor, no low-temperature (-20 DEG C) crystallization, convenient on-site application, and the like. The high-temperature corrosion inhibitor provided by the invention can be used in acidification works of high-temperature stratums with high-concentration hydrochloric acid and mud acid.
