Preparation and application of ionic liquid used for absorbing low-boiling halohydrocarbon gas

2012
The invention provides a preparation method of ionic liquid used for absorbing low-boiling halohydrocarbon gas and application of the ionic liquid in absorbing the low-boiling halohydrocarbon gas. The preparation of the ionic liquid includes that one of aluminum chloride, zinc chloride or lithium chloride with one or two of carbamide, acetamide, propionamide, butanamide or caprolactam are evenly mixed according to a molar ratio of 1/1-10 or 1/0.5-3/1-7, a reaction of a mixture is carried out at a temperature of 70-150 DEG C for 1-10 hours, and then a obtained solution is vacuum dried at a temperature of 40-80 DEG C for 1-5 hours to obtain the ionic liquid. The ionic liquid is mainly used for absorbing the low-boiling halohydrocarbon gas. According to the preparation method of the ionic liquid used for absorbing the low-boiling halohydrocarbon gas and the application of the ionic liquid in absorbing the low-boiling halohydrocarbon gas, the ionic liquid halohydrocarbon absorbent solves the problem of difficult recovery of existing low-boiling halohydrocarbon and has the advantages of being low in energy consumption, high in absorption efficiency, free of pollution, suitable for industrial production, and capable of meeting the requirement of development of environment-friendly chemistry at present.
