A heat-dissipating coating composition with which it is possible to form a coating film that has a high heat-dissipating effect, wherein a heat-dissipating coating composition can be obtained with which it is possible to form a coating film that also has excellent heat resistance and UV resistance. This heat-dissipating coating composition contains an orthorhombic silicate mineral filler, an acrylic resin, and a curing agent. Either the acrylic resin or the curing agent is silicone-modified.
