The invention discloses a lumped parameter minitype LTCC high-pass filter. The lumped parameter minitype LTCC high-pass filter structurally comprises an input port (IN), an output port (OUT), an A-location port (GND1), a B-location port (GND2), an inductor A (L1), a capacitor A (C1), an inductor B (L2), a capacitor B (C2), an inductor C (L3), a capacitor C (C3), an inductor D (L4), a stray capacitor A (C4) and a stray capacitor B (C5). The high-pass filter is achieved through a multi-layer low temperature co-fired ceramic technology, the dielectric constant of ceramics is 7.8, and the thickness of each layer of ceramics is 42 microns. Metallization layers are made of silver materials, and the thickness of each metallization layer is eight microns. The high-pass filter has the advantages of being small in size, light, low in insertion loss, small in voltage standing wave ratio, steep in sideband, low in cost, high in reliability and good in volume production consistency, and can be widely applied to the technical field of modern wireless communication.
