Some problems of diffusion theory in nanostructured materials

Acceleration in the mass transfer in nanostructured materials obtained by severe plastic deformation is related to the effect of the nonequilibrium grain boundaries forming fields of elastic stresses. In this case, the nonuniformity of the diffusion coefficient in the near-boundary zone becomes significant. In this work, the results of theoretical studies of this problem are given.
