APPENDICEAL MUCINOUS TUMOUR MASQUERADING ACUTE APPENDICITIS- A CASE STUDY

Mucinous neoplasm of appendix is a rare occurrence which has been meagerly reported in the medical documentation, its usual presentation is  abdominal distension and palpable lump  . We hereby report a case of 60 year old female who presented to the emergency department with complain of  pain right lower abdomen and on exploration turned out to be mucinous appendix neoplasm.
