The Development of Automation and Computer Technology in Czechoslovakia

Abstract : Progress achieved in the automation and computer control in various Czechoslovak industries is reviewed. Automated coal transportation lines, power plants, metallurgical industry, oil refinery methods, glass production, and synthetic rubber operations are described.
