EFEK ANALGETIKA EKSTRAK SAMBILOTO (Androgropkbpaniculata, Ness) TERHADAP RASA NVERI PADA MENCIT AKIBAT INDUKSI ASAM ASETAT

2008
The purpose of this research was to prove that sambiloto extract could be able hamper pain with acetic acid on induced mice. This research used two to three months old male mice with 20-35 body weight. Previously, the mice were adapted for two weeks. The method used chemical stimulation with induced acetic acid. Thirty mice were divided by 5 groups, every group were given orally, 85 mg/kg bw, 170 mg/kg bw and 340 mg/kg bw dose sambiloto extract, aspirin 56 mg/kg bw as a comparation and CMC Na 0.5% as a control and left for 30 minutes, after that acetic acid 0.6% were induced intra peritoneal. Five minutes later writhing were counted at 10, 20 and 30 was minutes. This result was analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan test. This result showed that 85 mg/kg bw and 170 mg/kg bw sambiloto extract can not give analgesic effect, but 340 mg/kg bw sambiloto extract bw can give analgesic effect at 20, 30 minutes after acetic acid induced in mice.
