Development of low cost, high stability and small size ocxo

Design of 30MHz ocxo is presented, which is with some typical features:high temperature stability (≤±5×10−8, −40°C∼ 70°C), short warm-up time (getting into frequency difference⩽±5×10−8 after 3 minutes from turning on at room temperature), small package size (20mm×20mm×13mm), and low cost (AT-cut).
