Modelo de optimización colaborativo para la minimización de los costos variables de transporte de carga por carretera en Colombia

The objective of the project is to design a collaborative optimization model for the minimization of road freight transport costs in Colombia. The model will take into account the reference cost structure of the road freight transport proposed by the Ministry of Transportation in Colombia and the characteristics of the different cargo service providers, all with the objective of contributing to the companies and organizations that They want to continuously improve their logistics processes.
