Selective Catalytic Reduction of Nitric Oxide by Ammonia over Ag and Zn- Exchanged Cuban Natural Zeolites

The catalytic selective reduction of NO over metal-ex- changed (Zn II ,A g I ) natural zeolites (mordenite and clinoptilolite) from Cuba using NH3 as a reducing agent in the presence of excess oxygen was studied. Both transition metals slightly improve the catalytic performance for the NO reduction. Zn II -exchanged zeoli-
