Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is a severe complication in patients (pts) treated for acute leukemia. Since its diagnosis is still difficult, sets of non-invasive diagnostic criteria were recently proposed by IFIGC/MSG/EORTC for study purposes.
