Experimental Studies on Anti-inflammatory Effects of Anti-virus Tablets

Objective To observe theAnti-inflammatory effects of Anti-virus tablets.Method Experiment of rat agar-induced granuloma,the abdominal capillary permeability of mice.After AA rat models were established,the apricot kernel's antiarthritic effect on the changes of foot swelling、spleen indes、thymus index、tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and interleukin 1.Result Anti-virus tablets can reduce the abdominal capillary permeability;on agar granuloma caused significantly inhibited in rats;of Freund's complete adjuvant induced significantly inhibited primary swelling,the thymus index increased spleen index decreased levels of interleukin 1.Conclusion Anti-virus tablets have anti-inflammatory pharmacological effects.
