Studies on nuclear extrusion in tradescantia stamen hairs

1997
The technique of fluorescent microscope is used to observe the occurence of nuclear extrusion in Tradescantia stamen hairs. Three experiments by living stained, partial fixing and whole fixing show that transport of the nuclear extrusion is inherent and normal physiological phenomenon rather than the mechanical injury.
