The Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine Spleen Kidney in the Treatment of Chronic Aplastic Anemia Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine spleen kidney in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia curative effect.[Method]Using random parallel control method Bed rest,anemia serious red blood cell transfusion,63 cases hospitalized patients according to the table of random number for two groups,all foundation treatment,Merge infection resistance to infection;Take medicine appeared late liver function damage is to protect liver drug therapy,30 cases in(Stanozolol 6 mg/d or AnXiong 40 mg/d,cyclosporine soft capsule(north China pharmaceutical) 3 mg/kg d),The treatment group 33 cases to the spleen kidney and traditional Chinese medicine(Radix astragali 30 g,colla 20 g,barbary wolfberry fruit yellow fine each 15 g,prepared rehmannia root 10 g,rhodiola 12 g,Chinese caterpillar fungus).Observation dizziness fatigue hemorrhage and blood biochemical index,12 weeks for one period of treatment continuous treatment 1 treatment,decision curative effect.[Result]Basic recovery treatment group 6 cases,12 cases were markedly improved,effective 13 cases shall be null and void in 2 cases,the total effective rate 93.94%.Control group basic recovery 4 cases,13 cases markedly improved,effective in 7 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total effective rate 80.00%.The curative effect of treatment group was better than control group(P0.05).Treatment for 6 weeks,two groups of white blood cell hemoglobin and reticulocyte began to rise(P0.05),the treatment group than in control group(P0.05),platelet two groups are change is not obvious(P0.05).[Conclusion]The traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine spleen kidney in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia,Red and white blood cells can promote the proliferation and improve the body's immunity,a pure western medicine treatment can obviously improve the total effective rate,it is worth clinical application.
