The calibration of secondary standard ionisation chambers in high energy photon fields

In order to test the feasibility of establishing traceability to the Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt for protection-level measurements for 4-7 MeV gamma radiations, suitable equipment was calibrated in the PTB reference radiation fields at these energies. The production and dosimetry of these fields is described and the results of the exercise are reported
