Progress of disseminated intravascular coagulation syndromes in obstetrics and pregnancy

As a syndrome, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is an intermediate of underlying diseases' evolving, not yet constitutes an independent clinical entity. Center of this article describes about the origin and pathophysiology of amniotic fluid embolism and HELLP syndrome. The criteria for the clinical and laboratory diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics DIC are provided.
