Biostratigraphically suggested boundaries, structural-tectonic analogues, and other considerations which accompany the generalized geological section (fig. 1) are believed to be sufficient for future stratigraphic correlations of the test area with certain others in Mangyshlak, parts of the Aral Lake area, and elsewhere.
