The issue is addressed to international students who are studying Ukrainian the first time. The level of texts corresponds to the State Standard of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2017) for the study of Ukrainian as a foreign language - from "initial" (A1) to "intermediate" (B1). The texts include the following topics: "Me and my family", "My friends", "My hobby", "Pets", "Days of the week", "Food", "Shopping", "Schedule", "Seasons", "Library", "University", "Rules of behavior", "Work", "My apartment", "My friend is sick", "Countries", "Excursion", "Bank", "Post office", "Transport", "Announcements", "Ukrainian Studies", "Let's get to know Ukraine through folk art" , "Greetings to the holiday". Each text has several questions. It allows to distinguish the main opinion and promote summarization.
