[Importance of pre- and postoperative procedures in the success of tubalplasties]

Pre- per- and postoperative procedures in tubal plasty for sterility including selection of patients surgical instruments suture techniques and materials incision and surgical techniques hemostasis use of intratubal catheters fimbrial prosthesis pre- and postoperative medication with corticosteroids and antibiotics and early mobilization of the patient are discussed. The prevention of postoperative inflammation and adhesions by corticosteroids antibiotics frequent changes of position and early mobilization is considered especially important.
