The present invention relates to a ceramic composite material and its preparation method and application; technical field belonging ceramic matrix composites. The ceramic composites of the invention comprising in percentage by mass: carbon fiber 12-20%, Ni0.01-0.1%; matrix carbon 20-45%, SiC nanofiber 0.01-0.1%, SiC matrix 25-40%, Al4C33- 5%, Si2-7%, Al2-10%. In the present invention, the carbon fiber preform 0.10 ~ 0.65g / cm3 as the raw material, by ashing, nickel plating, SiC is deposited on the nanofiber carbon fiber preform; C is then prepared by chemical vapor infiltration / C-SiC porous body; the resulting C / C-SiC porous body after the graphitization treatment, molten silicon infiltration, the resulting ceramic composite. The ceramic composite material of the present invention is prepared as a ceramic substrate after the brake disk processed. The brake disk has excellent mechanical properties, excellent oxidation resistance, abrasion resistance, wear resistance and other advantages, a high energy carrier for high-speed transport.
