Mesane İnvazyonu Nedeniyle Parsiyel Sistektomi Yapılan İki Plasenta Previa Perkreta Olgusu

Placenta previapercreta is a placenta adhesionanomaly that significantlyincreases maternal morbidityand mortality. In this paper,two cases ofplacenta previapercreta were aimed to present with the literature.Two patientswere referred to our clinic because of previous cesarean section and placenta previa. Preoperativeevaluation ofpatientsdiagnosedplacenta previapercreta. Because of severebleedingduring the operationand placentalinvasion ofthe bladder,cesareanhysterectomy andpartial cystectomy was performed. There was no problem for patientsafter postoperative 45 daysevaluation. In cases ofplacenta previapercreta, maternal mortalitycan be reduced by adequate preoperative evaluation and a multidisciplinaryapproach.
