Car white vehicle body structure static angular rigidity testing system and testing method thereof

The invention discloses a static stiffness test system for white vehicle bodies of passenger vehicles. A constrained device (41) comprises a front steadier assembly (4) and a rear steadier assembly (2); a flexural stiffness charger (44) and a torsional stiffness charger (45) are arranged on a service charger (42) to load on the vehicle bodies; a data acquisition and processing system is consisted of a bending deflection test device (46) and a reverse angle test device (47) which are used for vehicle bodies. The invention also discloses a test method used by the test system mentioned above. Using the mentioned technical scheme and compared with the prior test technology and the device thereof used for flexural stiffness and torsional stiffness test for white vehicle bodies of passenger vehicles, the invention has the advantages of better versatility, simple operation, time-saving, less labor intensity and more accurate test date, improving the test production efficiency. As a result, the precision and reliability are higher, besides, economic benefit is improved significantly.
