Customs checking and releasing system and method

The invention provides a customs checking and releasing system and method. The system comprises a device layer for detecting inspection targets and generating detection data, an adapter layer for receiving the detection data of the corresponding device and converting the detection data into events with predetermined message service interface protocol forms, a message service layer for receiving the events from the adapter layer and building event messages according to the events, and a processing and controlling layer for receiving and processing the event messages from a message bus, generating commands corresponding to the event messages and sending the commands to the message service layer, wherein the message service layer is used for building command messages according to the received commands and sending the command messages to the adapter layer; the adapter layer is used for converting the command messages to command forms suitable for the corresponding device and sending the commands to the device layer; the corresponding device in the device layer is used for executing corresponding operations according to the received commands. Consequently, the messages acquired by the devices are concentrated and are remotely monitored by a unified platform; the checking and releasing efficiency is improved; the labor cost is reduced.
