Expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Their Clinical Significance

2011
[Purpose] To investigate the expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in benign and malignant lymphoid disease and their clinicopathological significance.[Methods] The expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 were detected by ABC immunohistochemistry method in NHL and RH tissues.[Results] The positive rates of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in NHL were 83.13%,84.33% respectively, and 30.00% and 25.00% in RH respectively. There was significant difference in benign and malignant lymphoid disease (P0.01).The positive rates of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in extranodal NHL were 94.74% and 94.74% respectively, and they were significantly higher than those in non-extranodal NHL(73.33% and 75.56%).Also,the expression in aggressive NHL was significantly higher than that in the inert group (P0.05).The expression of CyclinB1 in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in stageⅠ~Ⅱ(P0.05).[Conclusion] Detection of the expressions of CyclinB1 and CDK1 in NHL and RH might contribute to the differentiation of NHL and RH.It might be helpful for judging aggresion malignancy of NHL.
