Interaction of Several EGCG-Metal Complexes with BSA

The interaction between several metal complexes of EGCG and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy (FS).EGCG-M has a powerful ability to quench the BSA fluorescence,and the combination reaction of EGCG-M and BSA is a static quenching process.The quenching constants,binding constants and the number of binding sites are obtained.
