Positioning control method for moment kiss-point of electrically-driven gearbox clutch of hybrid vehicle

2012
The invention discloses a self-adaptive positioning control method for a moment kiss-point of an electrically-driven gearbox clutch of a hybrid vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: detecting enabled conditions for self-adaptive positioning control; when the enabled conditions are met, controlling a motor to stably work at a specific rotating speed, setting the transfer torque of a clutch kiss-point as a torque limit value, controlling a clutch friction sheet to approach, and setting an experiment point during the decrease of the rotating speed of the motor as an initial value of the moment kiss-point of the clutch; acquiring a self-adaptive updating value through the initial value, and controlling the position of the moment kiss-point through the self-adaptive updating value. By using the method, the control quality of the hybrid vehicle can be improved, accidents are reduced, and the vehicle runs more safely.
