Disclosed is an overlay paper which comprises a cellulose web which is subjected to a UV-stabilizing agent in an amount of 0.001 to 10 wt .-%, based on the basis weight of the nonwoven used, the same a method of preparation and the use thereof for the manufacture a laminate.
