Message Delivery Probability of 3D MANETs Under Erasure Coding

This paper focus on addressing message delivery probability of three-dimensional mobile ad hoc networks (3D MANETs), employ erasure coding technique in data transmission processing. In this paper, a Markov chain-based theoretical model is developed to characterize the complicated message deliver processing. With the help of the model, a closed-form expression for message deliver probability is derived. Moreover, the interference, medium contention, and traffic contention are carefully considered in this work. So that, the 3D MANETs scenario of this paper is closed actual MANETs.
