Antocianos en vinos de Galicia

1995
It has been carried out an HPLC study of major anthocyanic pigments of wines coming from six red-grape varieties growing in Galicia (Spain). A good variety differentiation was obtained, by considering the high-peak percentages of the Malvidin derivatives, namely, Malvidin-3-glucoside, Malvidin-3-(6-O-acetyl)glucoside ad Malvidin-3-(6-O-p-coumaryl)glucoside. Considering the percentages of the 3-glucosides of Delphinidin, Cynanidin, Petunidin, Peonidin and Malvidin, it has been found that the six grape varieties could be classified into the Malvidin group.
