Accuracy of Unenhanced MR Imaging in the Detection of Axillary Lymph Node Metastasis: Study of Reproducibility and Reliability

Although the accuracies of diffusion-weighted and axial T1-weighted MR imaging are high (80% and 85%, respectively), they are probably not sufficiently high enough to affect the decision to perform a lymph node dissection.
